For Pet Owners (Clients):

Pet Information:

Details about your pet(s), including name, breed, age, gender, weight, medical history, vaccinations, behavioral traits, dietary needs, care instructions, and photographs of your pet(s).

Booking Information:

Details of the services you request, dates, times, and special instructions.

Payment Information:

When you book a service or make a purchase, payment information is processed securely by our trusted third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe) in conjunction with our pet care management software (Time to Pet). We do not directly store any of your credit/debit card information on our servers.

Communications:

Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses and chat messages) if you contact us or communicate with our staff through our platform.

For Staff and Independent Contractors (ICs):

Application Information:

When you apply to join our team, we collect your name, email address, phone number, physical address, experience, skills, references, service areas, availability, and government-issued identification for verification.

Profile Information:

Information you choose to display on your public profile, such as a biography, photos, services offered, and service rates.

Background Check Information:

With your consent, we may facilitate background checks through a third-party provider. The information collected for this purpose is handled according to that provider’s privacy policy.

Payment Information:

Bank account details or other payment information necessary to process your earnings.

Communications:

Records of your communications with us and with Clients through our platform.

For e-Store Customers & Resource Center Users:

Order Information:

a. No Mobile Information Shared with Third Parties for Marketing

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

b. Essential Operational Sharing:

With Pet Care Staff/ICs:

If you are a Pet Owner, we will share relevant information (name, contact details, address for service, pet information, care instructions) with the staff member assigned to provide services to you. This is essential for them to perform the booked services.

With Clients:

If you are a pet care provider, your profile information (name, photo, bio, general service area) will be visible to Pet Owners seeking services.

With Third-Party Service Providers:

We engage trusted third-party companies to perform functions on our behalf, including Payment processing (Stripe), Website hosting (Odoo), Pet care management software (Time To Pet), and Background checks (SentryLink). These third parties have access to your personal information only to perform these specific tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

c. Other Limited Disclosures:

For Legal Reasons:

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency), to protect the rights, property, or safety of ScritchesAZ, our users, or others.

Business Transfers:

In the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any change in ownership or uses of your personal information.
