🌊 Pet Sitting & Dog Walking in Lake Pleasant, AZ
The Lake Pleasant area of northern Peoria sits just south of Lake Pleasant Regional Park, one of the largest lakes in the Valley. Homes here tend to be newer, spread across a growing master-planned footprint, and Scritches sitters factor the area’s more rural, developing road layout into visit timing.

Why Peoria families choose us
The trusted name in pet care
across Phoenix metro.
Founded in 2010 as Critter Caretakers in Mesa, the business was acquired by former Metropolitan Police Officers Tony and Liza Bacon in 2018 — starting with just 6 sitters. Since then, they’ve grown Scritches into one of Arizona’s most awarded pet care businesses, expanding coverage across the entire Phoenix metro area, all built on the same rigour and integrity that defined 45 years of combined law enforcement experience.
