How the guarantee works.
Every visit at Scritches is backed by our guarantee. In the rare event something isn’t right, here’s how a review works — and the windows in which you can request one.
1Single-visit claims
If you’re not satisfied with a specific visit, let us know within 2 days of that visit date so we can review the GPS record, photos, and report from that appointment.
2Ongoing service claims
If your concern relates to a pattern across a booking block rather than one visit, let us know within 5 days of the last scheduled visit in that block.

We check the GPS check-in/out, written report, and photos from the visit(s) in question against what you’ve described.
We make it right
Where we can’t resolve the issue directly, we refund 100% of the service fee for the visit(s) affected. No hoops, no argument.

Does this cover every service?
Yes — dog walking, dog sitting, cat sitting, and exotic pet care are all covered under the same guarantee.
What if I’m not sure whether to submit a claim?
Reach out anyway. We’d rather hear about a concern and address it than have you leave unsure whether you were looked after properly.
Will this affect my future bookings?
No. Requesting a guarantee review has no impact on your account, your sitter assignment, or future service.
